Returns

You can return the delivered goods without giving reasons within the return and revocation period or revoke your contract declaration, see our terms and conditions. 

Returns from Germany

1. If you have a customer account with us and a printer, please log in and go to "Orders". Next, select the relevant order and click on "Returns" under "Actions". Here you can print out your DHL return label directly.
   
   
2. If you do not have a customer account or do not have a printer, fill out the Return form (click here) you then have three options for sending your parcel back to us:
   
   
• You can print out your return label
• You can save the return label in your Apple Wallet and present it at your store, a parcel store, a Packstation or at a DHL parcel delivery service. 
• Alternatively, you can have the return label sent to you by email and present the QR code at your branch, a parcel store, a Packstation or a DHL parcel delivery agent.
  
  
3. Please be sure to enclose the completed return slip with the return shipment. You can download it here. Without a return slip, your return will take considerably longer as we will have to allocate it manually.
   
   
4. Send the return back to us within 14 days.
   We generally do not exchange goods, but only take them back and you simply place a new order.

Returns from Austria

1. Please log in to your customer account and go to "Orders". Next, select the relevant order and click on "Returns" under "Actions". Here you can print out your DHL return label directly.
   
   
2. If you do not have a customer account, fill out the Return form (click here) to receive a free DHL return label by e-mail. 
   
   
3. Please be sure to enclose the completed return slip with the return shipment. You have received this by e-mail as an attachment to the shipping confirmation (second page of the invoice). Without a return slip, your return will take considerably longer as we will have to allocate it manually.
   
   
4. Send the return back to us within 14 days.
   
   
5. Please use the DHL parcel label from point 1. You can hand in your return free of charge at any Deutsche Post / DHL branch. 
   
   
6. We generally do not exchange, but only accept returns and you simply place a new order.

Returns from outside Germany and Austria (EU)

Notes on repayment

As soon as we have received and briefly checked your return, we will receive the credit note from the warehouse and then refund the amount using the payment method you used to place the order. Please allow us 3 - 5 working days from receipt of the goods. For cash on delivery payments, please provide us with your bank details.
